This policy explains how GainEdge selects, researches, writes, reviews, updates, and monetizes editorial content. It applies to articles, checklists, comparisons, templates, and practical workflow examples.
People-first topic selection
We select a topic only when it addresses a distinct operational decision or failure mode. Before publishing, we compare the proposed keyword, intent, title, and workflow against existing GainEdge content. A topic is rejected, consolidated, or reframed when it would repeat an existing guide without adding a materially different audience, decision, dataset, or implementation problem.
Research and sources
Platform behavior, policies, laws, standards, pricing, and technical limits are checked against current primary or authoritative sources. Sources are linked in the article, and publication or update dates are recorded when recency affects the recommendation. Secondary commentary may help identify questions, but it does not replace primary documentation for factual claims.
Testing and examples
Guides include implementation details such as field schemas, workflow steps, exception queues, sample records, decision rules, test cases, or measurement formulas. A worked example is labelled illustrative unless it comes from a documented real engagement that we have permission to describe. We do not present simulated figures as customer outcomes.
AI assistance
AI tools may support research organization, drafting, editing, code review, or original editorial-image generation. AI output is not treated as a source. A human editor remains responsible for topic approval, source verification, accuracy, usefulness, internal linking, disclosures, and publication. We do not publish unreviewed bulk AI text.
Safety, privacy, and limitations
Automation can repeat errors quickly. Articles involving payments, consent, customer communication, reviews, personal data, employee records, or safety-sensitive work must describe limitations and human-review paths. GainEdge content is educational and does not replace professional legal, tax, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or safety advice.
Affiliate and commercial independence
Affiliate links may appear only when an approved program is directly relevant to the article. They receive a visible disclosure and rel="sponsored nofollow". We do not invent discounts, tracking links, income claims, rankings, or guaranteed results. GainEdge’s service offerings do not override the editorial obligation to describe alternatives and limitations.
Updates, corrections, and removals
Materially outdated guidance is corrected, consolidated, redirected, or removed from indexing. Minor style changes do not alter the stated review date. Readers can report an issue through the contact page; please include the URL, disputed statement, and supporting source. Substantive corrections are reviewed against the best available evidence.
